Welcome to the Metale protocol token service! To use the Metale protocol token service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you should read and comply with the "Metale protocol Token Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of these Terms, especially the provisions regarding exemption or limitation of liability, and choose to accept or decline. Limitations and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold for your attention.
These Terms constitute special terms of service under the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement." When using paid services, you should also comply with the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement." Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the provisions of the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement." In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement," these Terms shall prevail.
You must have read and accepted all the contents of these Terms. Otherwise, you are not authorized to use this service. Your actions, including but not limited to opening, purchasing, paying, recharging, renewing, subscribing, gifting, receiving gifts, using, or implying acceptance of this service in any other form, shall be deemed as your complete acknowledgment and agreement to be bound by these Terms. You are responsible for all your actions when using this service.
In the event of any violation of these Terms by you, Metale reserves the right to unilaterally restrict, suspend, or terminate the provision of this service to you at any time, depending on the severity of the violation. Metale also reserves the right to hold you accountable for any related liabilities.
I. Metale Protocol Token Service Content
1. Upon recharging tokens, you can use them to purchase corresponding content within the Metale protocol and continue to access the purchased content throughout the operational period of Metale protocol. The term "permanent" on the token purchase page or other pages refers to the operational period of Metale protocol.
2. The Metale protocol tokens you possess will be reflected in the account from which you acquired them. If you use Metale protocol without logging in, you won't be able to purchase, acquire, or use Metale protocol tokens.
3. You understand and agree that Metale protocol tokens are virtual rights. Once purchased or acquired, regardless of actual usage, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for offsetting other goods or services. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, Metale protocol tokens obtained through a specific account cannot be transferred to other accounts. If, under special circumstances, the platform is unable to continue providing the content you exchanged using tokens due to requests from relevant authorities or rights holders, the platform will compensate you in the form of tokens, and you agree not to assert any further obligations or liabilities against the platform.
4. Special Note: Metale protocol token service and membership subscription service are two independent services, mutually exclusive and currently not interchangeable. Some content within Metale protocol is only accessible through token redemption. Please carefully read these terms and the prompts on relevant book, video, and other content pages. Choose the appropriate service based on your needs.
5. The platform may offer users complimentary tokens ("bonus tokens") through various promotional activities. The benefits, usage scope, and validity period of bonus tokens are subject to certain restrictions, as indicated on the relevant pages. Bonus tokens cannot be exchanged for cash, and they are non-recoverable if unused and expired.
II. Important Notices
1. When recharging and using Metale protocol tokens, please ensure that you do so through official channels and in a legal and legitimate manner. If you attempt to recharge or use tokens through unofficial channels or in an illegal or illegitimate manner and suffer any loss or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of Metale or any third party, you are solely responsible for resolving the disputes arising from this and bearing all legal responsibilities.
2. When recharging and using Metale protocol tokens, please ensure that you are the rightful owner of the Metale protocol account and the payment account. You must be legally and validly able to use the account without infringing upon any third-party legal rights. Otherwise, if any actual account owner incurs losses as a result, you are solely responsible for resolving the disputes arising from this and bearing all legal responsibilities.
3. You are only permitted to recharge and use Metale protocol tokens for your personal life needs. Recharging or using Metale protocol tokens for any commercial or profit-driven purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. If you violate these Terms, the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement," laws and regulations, or infringe upon the legal rights and interests of Metale or third parties during the process of recharging or using tokens, or engage in any other abnormal behaviors, Metale reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures, including but not limited to: temporarily or permanently suspending your use of some or all features of Metale protocol, temporarily or permanently freezing or reclaiming some or all rights in the relevant account. If you or a third party incur losses as a result, you are solely responsible for resolving the disputes arising from this and bearing all legal responsibilities.
III. Supplementary Provisions
1. You understand and agree that Metale Corporation has the right to independently decide and periodically revise the fee standards and rules for Metale protocol token services. Such standards and rules, upon legal publication, take effect and constitute a valid integral part of these Terms. If you do not agree with the aforementioned standards, rules, or their revisions, you have the right to discontinue the use of Metale protocol token services. Your continued use of Metale protocol token services is deemed as your agreement to the relevant content.
2. Metale has the right to independently determine the specific content of various Metale protocol token services based on product plans and operational conditions. Metale also has the right to add or remove electronic content based on copyright considerations, or temporarily or permanently suspend, terminate, or modify some or all services provided under Metale protocol token services. You agree to exempt Metale from liability in this regard.
Membership Subscription Terms and Conditions

To use the Metale protocol Membership Subscription Service (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), you should read and comply with the "Metale protocol Membership Subscription Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as "these terms"). Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of these terms, especially the provisions regarding exemption or limitation of liability, and choose to accept or decline. Limitations and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold for your attention.
These terms constitute special terms of service under the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement." When using paid services, you should also comply with the "Metale protocol Software License and Service Agreement." I. Content of Metale Protocol Membership Subscription Service
1. Upon subscribing to the Metale protocol paid membership subscription service (becoming a "paying member"), you will have continuous access to the "Membership Card Readable" books, audiobooks, and comics publicly available on Metale protocol during the validity period of your paid membership (Excluding content that requires separate token redemption, specifics are subject to the information displayed on the respective content pages.) Paying members may participate in special activities conducted by the platform from time to time to engage in reading network novel chapters or enjoy other complimentary benefit, Special activities are additional benefits gifted by the platform beyond the Metale protocol paid membership subscription service. The platform reserves the right to determine their manner, content, duration, scope, and may make adjustments from time to time. Specific activities will be presented through book prefaces, detail pages, readers, notifications, private messages, and other forms.
2. The benefits of your Metale protocol membership subscription service will be reflected in the account from which you obtained the corresponding benefits. If you use Metale protocol without logging in, you won't be able to purchase, acquire, or use the Metale protocol membership subscription service.
3. You understand and agree that the Metale protocol membership subscription service constitutes virtual entitlements. Upon purchase or acquisition, whether or not you actively utilize the corresponding services, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for offsetting other goods or services. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, Metale protocol membership subscription services and entitlements obtained through a specific account cannot be transferred to other accounts.
4. Special Note: Metale protocol membership subscription service and token service are two independent services, mutually exclusive and currently not interchangeable. Please carefully read these terms and the prompts on relevant book pages, etc., and choose the appropriate service based on your needs. Metale protocol membership subscription service does not include the audiobook membership subscription service. II. Payment Methods for Metale Protocol Membership Subscription Service
1. Fixed-Term Membership Service. You can activate the Metale protocol membership subscription service through a paid membership card, which includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and other duration-based membership services provided by Metale protocol. Upon activating the weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual membership, the service duration you receive will be 7 natural days, 31 natural days, 93 natural days, and 372 natural days, respectively. For other membership services, refer to the information displayed on the respective pages for the accurate duration. The continuous calculation starts from the day of your purchase or acquisition of the paid membership.
2. Metale Protocol Membership Auto-Renewal Service. The Metale Protocol Membership Auto-Renewal Service is provided to you on the condition that you have already subscribed to the paid membership subscription service. This service includes continuous monthly and annual packages. For the activation, cancellation, and other terms and conditions of the auto-renewal service, refer to the "Metale Protocol Membership Auto-Renewal Service Terms and Conditions."
3. The platform may provide users with complimentary trial periods of the membership through various promotional activities ("Trial Cards"). The benefits, usage scope, and validity period of Trial Cards are subject to certain restrictions, as indicated on the relevant pages. Trial Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-recoverable if unused and expired.
III. Important Notices
1. When subscribing to and using the Metale Protocol membership subscription service, please ensure that you use official subscription channels and adopt legal and legitimate subscription methods. If you attempt to subscribe or use the Metale Protocol membership subscription service through unofficial channels or in an illegal or illegitimate manner and suffer any loss or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of Metale or any third party, you are solely responsible for resolving the disputes arising from this and bearing all legal responsibilities.

If you or a third party incur losses as a result, you are solely responsible for resolving the disputes arising from this and bearing all legal responsibilities.
IV. Supplementary Provisions
1. You understand and agree that Metale Corporation has the right to independently decide and periodically revise the fee standards and rules for the Metale Protocol membership subscription service. These standards and rules, upon legal publication, take effect and constitute a valid integral part of these terms. Software License and Service Agreement

To use the Metale Protocol software and services (hereinafter referred to as "this software," "Metale Protocol service," or "this service"), you should read and comply with the "Metale Protocol Software License and Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"), "Metale Service Agreement," "Metale Software License and Service Agreement," and "Metale Protocol Membership Subscription Terms," as well as other institutional norms of MetaleMetale Protocol services.
Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms, especially the provisions regarding exemption or limitation of Metale's liability, and the separate agreements for activating or using specific services (such as membership subscription services). Limitations and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold for your attention.
Metale places great importance on the protection of minors. If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement and the other aforementioned agreements with the accompaniment of a guardian, paying special attention to the terms related to the use by minors. If you are under 8 years old, your guardian should act on your behalf to use this service. If you are above 8 years old but under 18 years old, you should obtain the prior consent of your guardian before using this service.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to download, install, or use this software and related services. Your actions, including downloading, installing, using, and logging in, are deemed as your acknowledgment and agreement to the constraints of the aforementioned agreements.
If you engage in any behavior that violates this agreement, Metale has the right, based on the violation, to unilaterally restrict, suspend, or terminate the provision of this service to you at any time and may hold you accountable for related responsibilities.
I. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 This agreement is the agreement between you and Metale regarding your download, installation, use, and replication of this software, as well as the use of related services provided by Metale.
1.2 This agreement is considered a supplementary agreement to the "Metale Service Agreement" and the "Metale Software License and Service Agreement," constituting an integral part thereof, forming a unified whole. In the event of conflicts with the aforementioned content, this agreement shall prevail.
1.3 The content of this agreement also includes any additional agreements, service statements, business rules, and announcement guidelines related to this service that Metale may continuously release (collectively referred to as "Specific Rules"). Once formally released, the aforementioned content becomes an inseparable part of this agreement, and you are equally obliged to comply with it.
II. Definition of Terms
2.1 Metale Protocol Software: Refers to the client software provided by Metale to users for purchasing, reading, gifting, sharing electronic literature, and publishing reading thoughts. Once you enable this software, you can read, gift, share, and comment on the electronic literature purchased through this service. With the permission of your friends, you can also browse the literature and associated reading thoughts that your friends have read and shared through this service.
2.2 Metale: Refers to Metale Corporation and its possible operating affiliates.
2.3 User: Refers to the user who enables, browses, or uploads data to the Metale Protocol service, also referred to as "you" in this agreement.
2.4 Other Users: Refers to other users associated with the Metale Protocol service, excluding the user themselves.
III. About the Software
3.1 Service License
This software may provide multiple application versions, and users must choose the software version that matches the installed device. The functions may vary between different application versions, and the specific features are subject to what is displayed in the respective version. Users can obtain the following license according to this agreement:
3.1.1 Metale grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this software. You may install, use, display, and run this software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
3.1.2 You may make a copy of this software for backup purposes only. The backup copy must include all copyright information contained in the original software.
3.1.3 All other rights not expressly authorized in this clause and other clauses of this agreement are still reserved by Metale. You must obtain written permission from Metale to exercise these rights. The failure of Metale to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.
3.2 Install and Uninstall
3.2.1 You can directly obtain this software from Metale's website or from third parties authorized by Metale. If you obtain this software from a third party not authorized by Metale or from an installation program with the same name as this software, Metale cannot guarantee the normal operation of the software and is not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result.
3.2.2 Metale may develop different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose and download the appropriate version for installation based on the actual situation. After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps provided by the program to install it correctly. To provide a higher quality and secure service, Metale may recommend the installation of other software during the installation of this software. You can choose whether to install it or not.
3.2.3 If you no longer need to use this software or require installation of a new version, you can uninstall it on your own. If you are willing to assist Metale in improving product services, please inform us of the reasons for uninstallation.
3.2.4 In order to enhance user experience and improve service content, Metale will continuously develop new services and provide you with software updates periodically. These updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, or version upgrades. To ensure the security and consistency of this software, Metale reserves the right to update the software without special notice to you, and may change or restrict certain functions and effects of the software. After the release of a new version of the software, the old version may become unusable. Metale does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software and its corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at your convenience.
IV. User Personal Information Protection
4.1 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle for Metale, and reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard user personal information. Except as otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or this agreement, Metale will not disclose or reveal user personal information to third parties without user permission. Professional encryption methods will be applied to the relevant information to ensure the security of user personal information.
4.2 To use certain functions of this service, you are required to log in through an account or email. If you choose to use this service by logging in through an account, you need to have a successfully registered account and authorize it. Authorization includes but is not limited to obtaining the account's public information (nickname, avatar, etc.), finding friends who also use the application, and assisting you in sharing information on social media. If you use this service by logging in through an email, verification through that email is required. During the registration of an account or the use of this service, you may need to provide some necessary information. For your account information, identity information, and other related information, Metale will use professional encryption methods for storage and transmission to ensure information security and will not collect, use, disclose, or publicize the information without authorization. Users are responsible for safeguarding the security of their account information and password. Metale will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the leakage, tampering, or deletion of relevant information under this service due to reasons attributable to the user.
4.3 Metale will employ various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
4.4 Without your consent, Metale will not disclose your personal information to any companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Metale, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or as provided in this agreement.
V. User Guidelines
5.1 You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with effective services, this software will utilize the processor and bandwidth resources of your device terminal. The use of this software may incur data traffic charges, and users are responsible for obtaining relevant fee information from the carrier and bearing the associated costs.
5.2 When using a specific service in this software, there may be separate agreements, special rules, etc., for that service. Before using such a service, please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements, special rules, including but not limited to the "Metale protocol Membership Subscription Service Terms" applicable to the membership subscription service.
5.3 You understand and agree that Metale will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in this software. However, Metale cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard, including but not limited to the following situations:
5.3.1 Metale is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in this software.
5.3.2 Metale has the right to independently determine the longest storage period for individual user data in this software and allocate the maximum storage space for it on the server based on the actual situation.
5.3.3 If you stop using this software or the service is terminated or canceled, Metale may permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated, or canceled, Metale is not obligated to return any data to you.
5.4 When users use this software, they must bear the following risks beyond Metale's control, including but not limited to:
5.4.1 Risks such as personal information loss, leakage, and other damages caused by irresistible factors such as maintenance of information network equipment, connection failures, system failures, power failures, strikes, riots, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders from judicial and administrative authorities, and other third-party factors;
5.4.2 If using this client software, users must choose a software version that matches the installed device. Any problems or damages caused by the mismatch between the software and the device model are the user's responsibility;
5.4.3 Risks and liabilities arising from the forwarding and sharing of content published by users or information about your software usage (including but not limited to information about your bookshelf, books you are reading, books you recommend, and your thoughts on reading) by others.
5.4.4 Risks such as login failures, incomplete data synchronization, slow page loading speeds, etc., caused by unstable network signals, limited network bandwidth, and other reasons.
5.5 You understand and agree that the service can generate software usage information (including but not limited to your bookshelf, booklists, content you have collected, books you are currently reading, content you have browsed, your reviews, your thoughts, your usage duration, likes you have received, the number of people following you, medals you have earned, and content you have posted), and make it visible to users who are friends with you and other users. Users can browse all or part of the software usage information generated by each other through the use of this service. You can also choose to make settings related to the visibility of the aforementioned software usage information.
5.6 Users are allowed to register only one Metale protocol account per account and one Metale protocol account per email. The same user may not register more than a reasonable number of Metale protocol accounts.
VI. User Code of Conduct
6.1 Service Usage Guidelines
6.1.1 You should comply with the terms of this agreement when using this service. You understand and agree that this service is a platform for information exchange on reading materials between you and other users. Metale does not encourage you to forward, share, spread, or use the software usage information generated by other users through this service for external purposes without the permission of other users.
6.1.2 Unless permitted by law or with written permission from Metale, you shall not engage in the following activities during your use of this software:
6.1.2.1 Delete information about copyright on this software and its copies, or modify, delete, or bypass any technical measures set up to protect intellectual property rights;
6.1.2.2 Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of this software in any way.
6.1.2.3 Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reproduce, compile, publish, publish, establish mirror sites, or perform other actions on content owned by Metale with intellectual property rights;
6.1.2.4 Obtain, copy, modify, add, delete, link, run, or create any derivative works of the data released to any terminal memory during the operation of this software, the interactive data between the client and server during the operation of the software, and the necessary system data for the operation of this software, including but not limited to using plugins, external tools, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Metale to access this software and related systems.
6.1.2.5 Modify or forge instructions and data during the operation of the Metale protocol software, add, delete, or change the functionality or operational effects of the Metale protocol software, or operate or disseminate software or methods used for the above purposes, whether or not these actions are for commercial purposes;
6.1.2.6 Log in or use this software and service through third-party software, plugins, add-ons, systems not developed or authorized by Metale, or create, publish, or distribute the aforementioned tools;
6.1.2.7 Interfere with this software, its components, modules, or data by oneself or authorize others or third-party software;
6.1.2.8 Use this software in any illegal manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
6.2 Information Content Guidelines
6.2.1 The information content referred to in this clause refers to any content created, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of this service, including but not limited to images, text, relevant link pages, and other content generated through the use of this service.
6.2.2 You understand and agree that Metale has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy, and orderly online environment. You may not use this service to create, copy, publish, disseminate, or store content that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties. This includes but is not limited to:
6.2.2.1 Creating, copying, publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that violates national laws and regulations.
6.2.2.2 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes on the legitimate rights of others, including but not limited to, reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets.
6.2.2.3 Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating content related to others' privacy, personal information, or data without their permission, except for the software usage information generated and published by default through the use of this service.
6.2.2.4 Posting, transmitting, or disseminating harassing, advertising, overly marketing, or spam information or content containing any sexual or suggestive elements.
6.2.2.5 Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, social ethics, public order, and good customs, or disrupts the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.
6.3 Operational Norms
During your use of this service, you must not engage in the following activities:
6.3.1 Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating or using the identity of others.
6.3.2 Inducing other users to click on links or share information.
6.3.3 Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others.
6.3.4 Infringing on the legitimate rights of others, including reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets.
6.3.5 Promoting or advertising without written permission from Metale using your account and any services, as well as third-party operating platforms.
6.3.6 Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using this software and service.
6.3.7 Creating, publishing, operating, or spreading methods or tools related to the above actions, whether or not these actions are for commercial purposes.
6.3.8 Engaging in other activities that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights of other users, disrupt the normal operation of the product, or are not expressly authorized by Metale.
6.4 Taking Responsibility for Your Actions
You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions taken under your registered account, including any content you publish and any consequences that may arise from it. You should exercise your own judgment regarding the content in this service and bear all risks associated with the use of the content, including risks arising from your reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content. Additionally, you must use this service within the scope defined by this agreement, and you will bear the risks associated with any actions that violate laws, regulations, this agreement, or special rules within the scope defined by this agreement. Metale cannot and will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the aforementioned risks.
VII. Management Standards
7.1 Metale reserves the right to review the content you publish, transmit, disseminate, and store in accordance with national regulations, as stipulated in this agreement. This is to ensure that users' actions using this service do not violate laws and regulations, social public morals, do not infringe upon Metale's or third parties' legitimate rights and interests, and do not contain elements that defame Metale and its product image. However, Metale's review does not relieve you of the responsibility for your own use of this service, and all resulting liabilities and consequences are still your sole responsibility.
7.2 If Metale discovers or receives reports or complaints from others about users violating the terms of this agreement, or if required by regulatory authorities in accordance with the law, Metale has the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, penalties may include, but are not limited to, warnings, restrictions, or prohibitions on using part or all of the services, and account suspension until cancellation. Metale also has the right, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and special rules, to refuse to provide services to such individuals.
7.3 When you register an account or use Metale services, if there are signs or risks of potential fraud in your account, Metale has the right to re-verify your account according to relevant laws and regulations. Depending on the risk situation, Metale may take measures such as requiring correction within a specified period, limiting functionality, suspending usage, closing the account, prohibiting re-registration, and other measures stipulated in this agreement.
7.4 During the provision of Metale services to you, if there is evidence or information indicating fraud or illegal activities, Metale has the right, in accordance with relevant national regulations, to report such fraud risks to authorities such as public security, finance, telecommunications, and internet information.
7.5 You understand and agree that Metale has the right to reasonably determine and impose penalties on behaviors that violate relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this agreement. For any user engaged in illegal or non-compliant activities, appropriate legal actions may be taken, and Metale may, in accordance with legal requirements or regulatory authorities, preserve relevant information, report to relevant authorities, and cooperate with investigations. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from such actions.
7.6 You understand and agree that if you violate the provisions of this agreement or related service terms, resulting in any claims, demands, or losses asserted by third parties, you shall be solely responsible. If Metale incurs losses as a result, you shall also compensate Metale accordingly.
VIII. Intellectual Property Statement
8.1 Metale is the intellectual property rights holder of this software. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all information content related to this software (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties. Metale enjoys the aforementioned intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant rights holder should enjoy according to legal provisions.
8.2 Without the written consent of Metale or the relevant rights holder, you may not, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, independently or permit any third party to implement, use, or transfer the intellectual property rights mentioned above.
IX. Terminal Security Responsibility
9.1 You understand and agree that, like most internet software, this software may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to user actions, network service quality, and the social environment. It may also be subject to various security issues, including but not limited to the illegal use of user information by others, leading to real-world harassment. Additionally, other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited may contain viruses, trojan programs, or other malicious software, posing threats to the security of your terminal device information and data, consequently affecting the normal use of this software. Therefore, you should enhance your awareness of information security and personal information protection, pay attention to password protection to avoid losses.
9.2 You are not allowed to create, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs designed to steal Metale protocol accounts and others' personal information or property.
9.3 Safeguarding the security and normal use of the software is a shared responsibility of both Metale and you. Metale will reasonably and prudently adopt necessary technical measures to protect the security of your terminal device information and data in accordance with industry standards. However, you acknowledge and agree that Metale cannot provide a complete guarantee in this regard.
9.4 Under no circumstances should you easily trust requests for loans, password solicitations, or other online information involving property. When it comes to financial transactions, be sure to verify the identity of the other party first, and pay attention to Metale's tips on preventing fraud crimes regularly.
9.5 Ownership of the Metale protocol account belongs to Metale Corporation. After completing the registration process, users only acquire the right to use the Metale protocol account, and this right is exclusive to the initial registrant. When using Metale services, it is essential to properly safeguard your personal account and password. Without Metale's consent, you are not allowed to illegally give/receive, buy/sell, rent/lease, lend/borrow, permit others to use, or accept permission from others to use the Metale protocol account. If there are indications or risks of abnormal activity with your account, Metale reserves the right to reverify your account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
X. Other Terms
10.1 Your use of this software is deemed as your acknowledgment and agreement to be bound by this agreement. Metale reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can review the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of this software. After the modification of the agreement terms, if you continue to use this software, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using this software.
10.2 The titles of all terms of this agreement are for reading convenience only, have no actual meaning themselves, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
10.3 If, for any reason, any part of the terms of this agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall still be effective and binding on both parties.
